Please note that some dimensions are not suitable for acceptance by County Council. To discuss adoption requirements for a development, please contact Sue.Reynolds@cambridgeshire.gov.uk. To request an agreement under Section 38 (new highway to be adopted by the District Council) or Section 106/278 (alteration work on existing highways), please complete the application form below and provide all requested documents. The work must comply with our design specifications.
