Cara Service Agreement

These parties are not allowed to use personal data, with the exception of the provision of these services or as indicated in the registration process of these services. This privacy policy describes how we use and collect your data. Please read this directive carefully and in full. If we have any evidence that any of your content (1) is contrary to these terms, additional terms of service or particular policies, (2) is contrary to applicable law or (3) could harm our users, third parties or Google, we reserve the right to make some or all of such content a particular part or all of such content, in accordance with applicable law. Examples are child pornography, content that facilitates human trafficking or harassment, and content that violates another person`s intellectual property rights. You, the cara friend, will at all times provide a correct and accurate presentation of skills, diplomas, qualifications, background and other information, as provided for in each form in CARA, and you will retain and update all such information for the duration of this Agreement in order to maintain it accurate, accurate, current and complete. You will retain such skills, qualifications and other information, including maintaining your status as a licensed skilled person in any jurisdiction, as required by that jurisdiction in which you practise your profession.
