On Saturday August 4, 2012 Denise and I both successfully completed the 33.5 mile WIFKR (Wild Idaho Fifty K Endurance Run)! This is a nasty little course with some extremely steep sections (>20%) and a total elevation of about 8,000 feet!
Gary finished in 7:31 and Denise finished in 10:37 — Awesome!
