Denise is getting ready for the big run on Sunday December 2nd, bright and early at 6:30 am.
We went over and checked out the 10K race this morning, and it was nice. They have a few aid stations with water and sports drinks bags. Didn’t see any gels, but hope they have those for the 21K and 42K tomorrow.
I am signed up too but with my bum knee I doubt I will get far.
